EMERALD ADVENTURE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Contest runs from April 21, 2016 to December 31, 2016, and is open to residents from around the world. Winner will be selected at random by Celtic Life International on January 1, 2017, and will be notified via email and/or telephone. Winner will have 7 days to confirm. If the winner does not confirm, then another winner will be chosen at random and notified. Only new and renewal subscribers of Celtic Life International magazine are eligible for the prize draw.
This prize is non-transferable and holds no cash value. All return travel must be completed by 15 Dec 2017. Additional dates of accommodation will be at the expense of the prize winner and his/her guest. Travel, health and auto insurance are the responsibility of the prize winner and his/her guest. Accommodation and car rental are subject to availability.
PRIZE DETAILS – Round-trip economy airfare from Canada to Dublin, Ireland, for two (2) adults. Approximate retail value of the trip is $5,000.00 CAD (excluding taxes). Actual retail value may vary depending on departure date. Winners responsible for payment of taxes. 8 Days “Emerald Adventure” Royal Irish Tours package (7 nights’ accommodation). Valid January 9- December 15 2017, excluding holidays and peak travel periods: June 16 – 30, July & August, 2017. Winner must advise Celtic Life International, Tourism Ireland and Royal Irish Tours of selected dates for travel at least 30 days before departure. The tickets are non-transferable and have no cash redemption value. The winner and his/her travel guests must each have proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing. The winner and his/her travel guests must be Canadian residents to qualify for the Prize. The winner and his/her travel guests must travel on the same itinerary. The winner and his/her travel guests must have the right to enter Ireland. All other expenses not specified herein or listed within the travel brochure, including but not limited to telephone or fax, gratuities, optional tours, taxes and fees, insurance, medical travel documents, personal expenses, and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guests. In the eventuality that the Winner and his/her guests resides in a city that requires transportation to Tourism Ireland departure cities, the costs associated with such transportation are the Winner’s and his/her guests entire responsibility. No extensions will be permitted and the prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted for cash except that Tourism Ireland reserves the right to offer a comparable product in the event of a vacation package cancellation, Act of God or other unforeseen circumstances. The Grand Prize winner shall not be entitled to receive, in cash, certificate or otherwise, the balance of any amount representing the difference of the Grand Prize retail value and actual cost. No frequent flyer miles will be available. If for any reason any portion of the Prize does not occur, such portion will be forfeited with no compensation being paid in exchange thereof.
